How do I Order
When you’re ready to order, just follow these easy steps:
STEP 1/ CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT!
Have a look at our products in our shop. Use the tabs to select quantity, paper weight and size, single or double sided. Once you’ve selected your options click Add to cart.
STEP 2/ CHECKOUT
Look towards the top right and you will see your shopping basket populated with your purchase. Click that and you will see your order confirmation. If you have a coupon you can apply that aswell. Once confirmed, fill in your details and decide how you would like to pay and your done!
STEP 3/ REQUEST OR UPLOAD YOUR ARTWORK
It’s essential that you look great. A well-crafted design can mean the difference between success and failure. You can either upload your artwork with your order or we can create your design and send a proof. Design costs vary per product, if not sure please email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more.
STEP 4/ DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCT
Your product will be sent out by courier as soon as it comes off the press! Please check the information in our various shop sections to see what turnaround you product has.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If, for any reason, your purchase does not match your artwork approval sign off, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 8 days of the date you received it and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Unless the item is faulty, we can not accept the return of prducts that have been used in any way.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange within 8 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a product to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the product was wrongly ordered by yourself. We ask that you notify us of your intentions to return an item by email (email@example.com) or phone (01527 872436).

When you make a return, to speed the process up, it is helpful a note accompanies your product as to the reason for return and a copy of the original invoice the product was dispatched with. We also recommend sending your goods by recorded post in order to track we have recieved them.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Most orders are dispatched within the lead time indicated in the product details, if for some reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you.
• All orders unless you are picking up your goods are delivered via courier and will require a signature upon delivery. All orders are fully insured by the courier or ourselves (Please note once signed for delivery at your delivery address responsibility of ownership is then yours).
